JDM Privacy Policy

Every spiritual work conducted and decisions we make at Jesus Deliverance Ministry (JDM) is with the directive/guidance of the Holy Spirit. Our goal, purpose, and mission of JDM ministry are to destroy the powers of darkness so that the captive, and God’s children can be delivered and set free in the name of Jesus Christ. 

 

  1. Privacy

This JDM Privacy Policy is designed to demonstrate our commitment to God’s work, helping members draw nearer to God through spiritual cleansing, deliverance, life restoration, dedication, thanksgiving, and giving testimonies. (Counseling). It governs how your information is obtained and used during registration. JDM often asks those interested in “Counseling” to secure a membership card that represents nametags as well as donations to foster and promote God’s work through thanksgiving and offerings. Membership registration can be initiated online, and completed in-person at the Benin headquarters with an appointed JDM authority or representative. 

 

JDM will never share your name, email, phone numbers, and address with anyone (Personal Information). We keep your spiritual life private and confidential unless you decide to share it directly or indirectly with third parties during testimonies to let the world know what the Lord has done for you. Adults, youths, and children can all be registered for “Counseling” at any age after chosen to give their life to Jesus. JDM will never ask you for your bank account details, debit or credit card information.

 

  1. Information We Collect

 JDM cares about your privacy. For this reason, we collect and use “Personal Information” only as it might be needed to conduct “Counseling,” Prayers, and issue you an approved Membership Card. JDM Privacy Policy shows the Personal Information we collect, how, and why we use it. Faith pleases God, and your relationship with Jesus Christ is personal. Any time you have questions about our mode of worship, spiritual practices, or your instructions, feel free to contact the closest admin head or missionary in your area for clarification. We collect personal information to provide you with thorough Counseling so we can present your needs and desires to God on your behalf. Much of what you likely consider personal information is collected directly from you when you:

 

  1. Register as a member for “Counseling” (such as Deliverance, Life Restoration, Healing, Dedication, Thanksgiving, which includes your name, address, membership registration, offering, and tithes card payment details);
  2. Request for urgent spiritual “Counseling”  
  3. Complete registration form for “Counseling”, contact an admin or missionary about a specific matter.  
  4. Participate in volunteer activities, such as, choir, security, admin, pastoral, evangelism, or missionary work or otherwise participate in activities we promote that might require information about you both spiritually and physically.
  1. How we use this Information

We strongly believe in the power of the Son, the Father, and the Holy Ghost so we use the personal information we collect (1) During spiritual counseling as your nametag (2) to communicate and reach out to you whenever it is deemed necessary as a member of JDM.  (3) To track your donations, offerings, tithes, or membership registration payments (4) as may be required for any spiritual permission, legal compliance or other lawful purposes.  JDM never shares your personal information with any person, group of persons or organizations. During “Counseling,” it is sometimes necessary for someone in your household such as, a family member to represent you, if you are not present. 

 

  1. Maintenance of Information

The information provided to JDM is saved indefinitely on JDM record books until you have seized to maintain your JDM membership. This information can only be assessed by an appointed head church admin. Beware that from time to time, it is necessary to change passwords and usernames to online logins as well as membership presentation for the maintenance of security, confidentiality and privacy. 

 

  1. How we secure, store and retain your data

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the “Counseling” you have requested. If you have any questions about the security or retention of your personal information, you can contact us at info@jdmonline.org.

 

  1. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for securing and renewing your yearly membership card and registering for spiritual “Counseling.” You are responsible for keeping yourself uncontaminated after spiritual work. You are responsible for living a Christ like life through the word of God. You are responsible for keeping your personal information safe and secure while holding on to the things of God. You are responsible to pick up your personal items and belongings, when they are found or left for pick up at the JDM admin office.

 

  1. Changes in our Privacy Policy

JDM reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this Privacy Policy and any other places we deem appropriate, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we will disclose it.
